Staff was great and helpful, location was was good, breakfast was good. I went with by elder mother and she loved the room which was wide for her to use her walker and the large bathroom. It make it very easy for her to feel comfortable.

Súper recomendable ! Habitación impecablemente limpia, confortable, cama muy cómoda, ropa blanca como de estreno, baño y amenities muy bien, con heladera, microondas, cafetera, plancha. El aroma agradable al ingresar.

Easy check in and breakfast included. Good location for downtown Napa. Friendly staff. Dove soaps were lovely, nice fruit & sausages for breakfast.
Doors to pool broken so had to call reception for a swim. Breakfast was basic, scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, porridge/oatmeal. Coffee was very weak and watery ( compared to English coffee, a common problem we find in the USA).

Just because you are located in Napa, you should not be charging this much in the middle of winter. Please, give me a break. Will NOT be back.

Very quite which is awesome, near many stores many within walking distance even for a disabled person.
Needs better wifi, only problem was trying to use our cell phone inside room

The rooms were more updated than the picture. The breakfast was good for a buffet. The location was perfect to get to downtown Napa and wineries. The bed was perfect, our room was cleaned everyday. We throughly enjoyed our stay!
