The location was good. Lots of restaurants near by. Close to the freeway. Staff was nice. Plenty of parking and no problems at check in.
The room was disgusting it smelled immediately when arriving the bathroom smelled even worse like some awful cleaning supply was covering the fact that it was gross in there. The room itself was even dirtier than the bathroom I found so many weird things in the bed. Crumbs and other peoples hair right when I got there. I couldn’t stop itching I didn’t find any bugs but I couldn’t get the idea out of my head because it was so filthy. The carpet had weird stuff all over it like maybe they put powder down and didn’t vacuum it up after. It was an awful night I could have slept in but woke up early and left instead.

No hot water , no microwave, no light bulbs are not functioning , very dirty , mirror on the floor , no table lamp and worst no telephone in the room

Property is old and run down. I requested a non smoking room and as soon as I opened the door it wreaked of smoke. TV had no cable connection. I asked the office and she said she could switch me to another room but they only have a smoking room available. No thanks! The non smoking room was bad enough.

Last minute rsvp
Horable customer service. Policy to leave a $50 deposit for damages. I called front desk to notify that the shower was cold water only. When I checked out they denied me my $50 deposit due to not checking out at the time I notified the front desk my shower was only cold water.
Please tell me how I get my deposit back from this hotel.

at the time we checked in , it was very quiet. No loud parties or gatherings with other people near us. I like that we were by the pool downstairs is the important to me because of my legs bothering me. And the ice machine was right near our room
No coffee pot in the room. Not quite enough towels.

I didn't like anything at all.
everything was very dirty and there was a cockroach in the bed, I asked the attendant to cancel the reservation, as it had no conditions and so far they have not made our refund

Although easy access to the freeway this had a detrimental effect on the noise levels- heavy traffic noise. Staff were nice.
The room was less than sparse, no seating, no coffee making facilities, no microwave, stains/ cigarette burns on the bed cover, an odour especially when re-entering the room.

I reserved 2 rooms. my company came to Oxnard for working a Jazz concert weekend. the room had TWO bath towels for 4 guests. when I called the front seat the NO HELP receptionist said she had NO towels to give us. we work from 6am to 10 pm come back to the hotel NO ROOM SERVICE AT ALL. we had the same dirty linens for 2 days. the receptionist there’s nothing I can do you have to ASK for room service!!

Great for one night stay.
The toilet was for elderly - shovering in the middle of the bathroom with bench in the corner to sit on. I believe not all rooms have this type of equipment.

Once you find a cockroach in your bathroom nothing else matters.
There was a cockroach in my bathroom. Disgusting!!
