Friendly staff and warm food

Pricing for a smaller room vs suite; last time we stayed we paid less for more room. I understand how the rates work, but I still don't like it.

Location. Clean, good food, good pool.

There was a mix-up with our reservation originally, however, the front desk receptionist took care of everything and got us into a room. He was kind and helpful. The hotel was easy to find and in a good location for the event we were attending.

The only issue we had was the cabinet door to the refrigerator broke off. We alerted the front desk when we checked out. Breakfast was typical "free" breakfast. It would be nice if hotels would have more healthy options for breakfast

The location was so convenient to a lot of major restaurants and fast food. It was located less than a 10 minute walk to IHop and the Woodlands Hills Mall. My room was clean and comfortable and my floor was pretty quiet. I stayed 3 nights as my Mother's Day get away. Breakfast was on point with the breakfast varieties for hot meal ☺️

The first lady that attended to breakfast on my first morning wasn't too friendly with me when I asked if the omelette contained cheese. She just replied it's a Western Omelette. So I had to Google it for myself. My room was not cleaned after the first night but they cleaned it on third day when I took my own dirty towels the closest service person I found on my floor that morning.

Very clean and obviously maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family staying in the area or passing through.
