No breakfast and very noisy

Big gaps around the door and not very secure

I really appreciated the bright lighting on the exterior. I felt safe checking in and unloading my luggage. There have been some updates (flooring, bedspread, sink, and toilet). Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The refrigerator worked well. Even though I didn’t use the microwave, it was nice to have one just in case. Lastly, other than floor, the room was clean.

The floor needed mopping. While I believe the floor was swept because there was no visible debris on the floor, my feet became filthy. To verify, I ran my fingertips across the floor and I could feel and see the filth. If there is a positive here, it’s that the floors don’t LOOK dirty.

I was never informed of a $250 cash deposit. I was traveling alone from Reno in a storm I prepaid the room when I arrived at 12am I was exhausted and the desk person informed me of deposit. I wasn't traveling with extra cash I was only going to going to shower sleep and continuing on to Portland leave by 9am. The manager shut the window after yelling at me I had to threaten to call the police in order to get my money back.

Room nice & clean. Big.

Had to wait in the cold outside to check in. No place to set deoderant, hair spray, curling iron, hairdryer in bathroom. Very inconvenient. . No coat hangers to hang clothes. Microwave broke.

Nothing it was a dump will not stay here again.

The room was dirty the bed was not changed and dirty from the last person and no bath tub like website said.

cockroaches in room staff did nothing

The floors were not clean, same matress cover hidden under sheet had cigarette burn and body hair, top blanket had stains and was not washed. Our socks got brown from just walking around the room. Someone's pants under the bed with crumbs and wrappers. Very gross motel.

The towels were not soft.

Bad location, noisy street traffic. We didn't feel safe, decided to forfeit the fee and drive on.

Polite and professional staff. They were very accommodating!

There was nothing to complain about.

It was a nice place. We would stay there again.

After arriving late in the evening, the attendant was kind and efficient.

Dirty towels hanging rig all ripped at front door.. Mattress was so worn out..it could have been bought in 1970.. Sheets aren't white they so thin actual mattress had stains along bottom part..

Noisy because it is on a major road. The guy next door talked the whole night through 5am in the morning. Shower stall could be a bit larger. No place to put shampoo and soap.
