not clean at all and a very bad bed bug infestation. bathroom smelled of urine. floor very sticky!! hair and rust in the bathtub. sticky rings on the night stand breakfast is not free . and not good at all! absolutely horrible hotel

Lack of snow removal in the parking lot was unbelievable. Do you think a place like Minneapolis Saint Paul would have a good snow removal so many people struggling to get out people entering their back, told staff to smirked at us.

It was a great place-rooms were clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a room above us that was very noisy and the walls would rattle, the floors made banging noises and people were yelling. I called guest services and they were going to take care of it. The noise stopped for a while then they continued again. It made sleeping difficult since we needed to get sleep for a volleyball tournament the next day.

Our rooms and the lobby area was lovely! They even had a little bar in the lobby which was nice. Red Robbin and a Green Mill for dining next door. Had to pay for breakfast, it was okay but I've had the same or better for free at other hotels. I absolutely loved the outdoor space - patios with seating, trees, shrubs, flowers and lots of running space for my dog! On the downside: The pool and hot tub seemed really dirty and the surrounding pool area did as well. Also, they should have "adults only" allowed in the pool area from 10:00 -11:00, as some very young kids who should've been in bed were screaming so much and their "parental supervisors" really didn't care - that made our trip to the pool/hot tub even more unenjoyable!

Very bright and comfortable room and lobby.

Our room (222) was right next to a large fan (outside) that continue to make noise all through the night. I did not sleep due to that droning noise. Please let others know of this before assigning that room.
