Nothing much was too tired to look for another place.
Dirty, muggy, heavy curry scent all day every day after checking in reported to night manager the mold stain. He said talk to manager in morning. He tried to accuse me of making the spot very rude. Luckily the cleaning lady was right there to confirm spot had already been there for awhile.

Very dirty place, no breakfast and poorly dresses staff, I felt cheated, the online description of the place says is a Hotel but it is not true is a Motel

That I had a bed to sleep.
Checking in took longer than usual. I had a pet which then limited room options. Which is understandable but the bathroom ceiling was falling in. I didnt even attempt the shower cause it was that bad. Rooms dont have tv remotes so had to use buttons on back of TV. And to top it off I woke up with 5 bug bites on me so I'm guessing BED BUGs!!

The room was clean. And the bed was comfortable.
No ID was asked to check in. The key card didn't work. The clerk knew it wouldn't work and gave it to me anyway. When we went to check into our room housekeeping let us in. We tried to call downstairs to let him know the card didn't work. But the phone didn't work either. My husband went downstairs and had to wait 15 min before anyone came to the desk. He told him our key didn't work. The clerk informed us that most of the keys don't work. So we couldn't get another room. We couldn't get a refund. He would have to let us back into our room any time we left. We told him no we are not teenagers we paid for a room to be adults and come and go as we need to. So he gave us a master key. Yes that fixed the problem with not being able to get into our room. But how do we know other guests didn't also have a master card and could get into our rooms. It made me feel very unsafe. The air was on full blast (in winter) and there were no knobs to adjust it. So we had to call and get him to come in with plyers to adjust it. Overall we felt unsafe and made it hard to sleep. We were in town for a funeral and didn't have funds to go anywhere else, or we would have. We had just driven 10 hours and just wanted to sleep and get ready to see our family. Just because it was a cheaper hotel doesn't mean I didn't work hard for my money or should be treated like I should be grateful I wasn't sleeping in my car. And the SUPER breakfast stale donuts and cereal.

Nice shower very comfortable beds.
There was no heat the heat came out but it was barely warm. I had to use the shower to warm the room up it was ridiculous and it was freezing at night it was below zero

The fact it had a room available last minute in the middle of a snow storm.
The entrance smelled of Marijuana the hall smelled of cigar smoke the night shift person could hardly speak with me when he did told me that my choices for room was a door lock that he had to come open every time we needed to get in or a room that didn't have a working heater. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. Said both here on booking and at the counter had breakfast but didn't. The manager put blame everywhere but there. Will not stay again.

Water was hot...
Doors wouldn't lock, the morning breakfast was a joke, coffee was horrible, and the carpet is extremely dirty.
And never got a TV remote. At $85, I deserve to have some money returned.

First room offered STUNK. Moved us to second room, it was Filthy. Woman who gave us the room I found out was the owner. On check out, I expressed my opinion, she expressed no concern. One notch better than sleeping under a bridge.
Pictures shown on internet had to have been when the place was new.

they didn’t have our reservations plus two guys sitting outside the door very drunk or something else. Also the desk clerk was also drunk or something else. I better not be charged for this because we didn’t stay there and probably won’t have because we didn’t feel safe

There wasn't much that I could say that I liked about the place
The bathroom was dirty, there was one whole side of the room that didn't have electricity. The room had a musty smell to it. I have never stayed in a room in these conditions.

Convenient location
Dirty, rundown with a foul smell in the hallway. Old, beat-up furniture, noisy air conditioner and lumpy mattress. Thin walls, so we heard everything in the hallway. Remote/TV didn’t work. Bathtub constantly dripped. Very little counter space around the sink, which was outside the bathroom. Areas of carpet were worn down to the floor.
We were surprised that Wyndham would associate with such a filthy place in need of so many upgrades. This place needs to be gutted and re-done.

The parking lot was in total disrepair. There was an entire family group parked under the entry portico blocking access and one of them was apparently employed there. The facility looked so run down and dirty that I canceled my reservation and made different arrangements.

Super 8 called me 10 minutes before we arrived to tell me they were overbooked and didn't have rooms for us! We arrived, I provided my confirmation number, and they told me it didn't matter, they had apparently allowed someone to extend their stay, rather than honor their commitment to us. We were furious! We scrambled for another 2 hours, finally found alternative lodging, at an additional cost of approximately $150.
