You can't beat an Embassy Suites! This one is a great example of a perfect hotel for a reasonable price. Happy Hour, Breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. And a lovely room.

The rooms were very comfortable and we were able to get a good nights rest every single night.
Parking was inconvenient having to find parking far from the entrance placing us at risk for theft and danger. I would’ve felt safer if there was visible patrol. At one point, one of the two elevators went out of order and made it very inconvenient for everyone to get where they needed to go especially for those checking in/out and carrying all their luggage. Lastly, the dispensers in the room needed to be refilled.

I was very positively surprised by the room's size, which would have been big enough to host an entire family! The breakfast was of good quality, lush, and various. The customizable omelettes that were cooked on-demand are probably my favourite!
Despite its geographical proximity, it wasn't as easy as I thought to get to Six Flags Magic Mountain using public transit. If you don't come by car, I would recommend using a ridesharing app.

That my lights in the bedroom didn't work and the phones didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk, and the beds were small

heater was not working, dirty walls and doors, sofa dirty,breakfast was really bad. hotel needs to be remodeled it feels like a cheap motel

The location to Six Flags was great, and was so nice to be able to count on a very good breakfast for everyone in the morning. Also loved the evening "reception" and cocktails hosted for the guests, and nice having food options for dinner if we needed. The kids loved the pool, lots of space!
My husband noticed a few things in the room might not have had the most "deep" of cleanings - like the air vent in the ceiling he is kinda sensitive to those types of things - and there were a couple of dirty hand smudges on one of the walls. Other then that, everything else was great.

the rooms weren’t very clean and the maid service only touched up (not cleaned) one of our two rooms

The entire staff were all very friendly, dinner was excellent, and the beds were very comfy. If you’re there for happy hour, please say hello to Julieea, she provided us with such excellent service. Actually, the entire staff should be commended.
My wife said if you happen to be there for happy hour try the chips and salsa excellent !
The only thing I can think of it was raining! The next time we travel to LA, we will definitely stop by for at least one night, I have a complementary drink, along with the chips and salsa and to say hello to Julieea

The bartender was extremely rude when we ordered a Virgin drink, and the room was tailored for handicap or geriatric patrons, plus the bed had a huge dip in the middle of it

The facility is old and run down. I’ve stayed at many Embassy Suites and this was the darkest and least kept up. They also charged me for 3 nights of parking and I didn’t even have a car. Now I have to argue with them over the additional fees they charged.
