It is quiet and near to the Colonial Williamsburg.

It is at the back of another motel. We almost missed it.

Conveniently located, very clean, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was good as well.

There were some small issues that were corrected right away. The keys didn't work,but they cleaned the part where you insert the key. The bathroom door didn't close smoothly. They fixed it while we were out. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. They were small and hard.

Gentleman on reception was so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good and hotel decor is very appealing. Mexican Restaurant and BBQ place within walking distance. Great location for Busch Gardens, Water Country and Colonial Williamsburg.

I was staying with 2 teenage boys who are not related to each other and asked to use the pull-out bad - there was an unnecessary comment from a lady on reception 'so no-one wants to share?' - if they did, I wouldn't be asking for the bed. On our return the sofa bed was pulled out and made up with the base sheet - flat sheet and blanket were left on top for me to do myself. I appreciate it's only a small detail but it sat badly with me.

The hotel always smells/looks so clean. The front desk staff is always friendly and polite and answers any questions that are asked. It was nice knowing I had a nice relaxing room/pool to come back to after a day of shopping! This is the second time at this hotel and we will be staying there again!

Excellent value with helpful, organized and attentive staff. Extremely clean. Good room layout for a small family traveling together.

The climate control in our room was tricky and it got too warm at night, which impacted our comfort.
