Continental buffet breakfast was advertised and there was a grab and go paperback. Disappointment for family vacation with children.

Pool had a heater but never turned on so water was too cold and dirty to swim. Again, children extremely disappointed for a spring break vacation with no swimming.

Very friendly and caring staff. Clean, organized, and relaxing. Great tv channels & cozy rooms.

Room 216 too expensive. Dumpy Dog hotel.constsnt pit smell. Almost $600 for 4 nites!Bedroom lamps dusty, shades torn, plug ins not work on lamps, bedroom TV remote would not work and Monica had to fix it, bathroom was a mess! Holes in wall under the sink and paper peeling off, base tiles broken off, white paint spots on walls and sprinkler in bathroom ceiling ?? Shower awful. Little hot water and handle was backwards. Shower curtain rod didn't right, holes patch in selling above light. Every room so dark! Microwave rattled. Mini coffee pot took forever to make 1 small cup of coffee. Back patio is a mess!! Broken tables and chairs that don't match. Couch was Nasty, smelly. Breakfast was a brown bag! The breakfast room was piled with junk!!!! Close and redo if you want to charge people this price. Awful .. can I please have a refund? This was awful.

Room smelled terrible and when I turned on the heater, it smelled so bad I started coughing and had to turn it off. Froze my butt off. Too late at night to start changing rooms.

I didn't like that the back door didn't lock and then when they did get it to lock it wouldn't open the next day

Location was good the bed was comfortable, heater worked great, and the room was spacious

the tub was leaking was noisy and had to unplug the little fridge that was in the room was a constant loud humming

couch was made from trash bags covered with a stretch cover ewww hot breakfast I was told by booking.com we would receive was closed so we were handed a bag of things all containing dairy except tiny apple juice there was yogurt my husband could have eaten except they were expired! this place was creepy and uncomfortable! There was no apology for expired food and everything was excused by we will be remodeling soon. Our budget for the trip had to now accommodate buying breakfast out. I rerouted the entire return trip just to avoid this hotel.

The room since it was suite and the amount of money that was paid it should have been up to part from the animal smell radiating the room the front desk worker gave me carport cleaner to disguise the smell of animal as well as bed bugs and are flies was found in the sheets when the front desk worker came to the room she stated that the sheets wasn't clean like it made it any better didn't even stay a full night as well as my spouse now have bites all over her body still waiting for a refund

That i asked for 6 days. Got charged for 7. Manager apparently didnt care that i wanted my money back. Stayed 2 weeks. Didnt clean my room until 2 days before i left.

Alexis in the lobby is a very nice girl with very good service. I also liked that my room that a living room.

The best part of our stay was Alexis st the front desk. She was very friendly & helpful and made it difficult to get upset over the hiccups we encountered with our rooms. The one they I loved other than Alexis was that they allow dogs.

The nonsmoking rooms smell like cigarette smoke. The first room we went into had such a strong smell of smoke we asked for a different room. The second room we were given we noticed door was open. Upon walking in the bed looked as if it had been slept in then we realized the door did not latch so back we go to front desk. The 3rd room was decent. A very slight smell of smoke but better. The carpets are dirty. Found two small bugs near the bed. The toilets are so low. Not ADA complaint and apparently they only have one room that is. No hand rails in bathroom to help the elderly get back off the 12” toilet. It was extremely difficult for my elderly mother to use the bathroom without help.The other room we gor for my mother had no sensor on TV so Alexis kindly came up to install one. Overall we wasted about 45min getting our rooms situated.The rooms are in desperate need of a facelift. Those giving this place more than 4 stars much be used to less than mediocre. And breakfast? Thats a joke. You walk to front desk and see that there is coffee, and that was ok, the water for the tea was cold. No breakfast as advertised. The lady at front desk didn't even greet us(so different from Alexis the night before) or any mention of breakfast. We had to ask and she came out with two sacks filled with an apple, cranberry juice(really?who drinks that without vodka!?) and a small muffin. A sign at front desk about breakfast would be nice. In a state that is no longer under covid restrictions I feel that not having their hot breakfast and still doing paper sacks is just a way to save time & money. The entire hotel just gave me an eery feeling upon walking in so if you’re an empath don’t stay here. Just a dark presence. Also be aware there are a lot of men(workers who stay here) so it feels a bit unsafe to allow your teen daughter to walk around safely, because one never knows these days. Spend a few dollars more and stay somewhere else.

The pool was clean and refreshing.

We had to wait almost an hour to get into our room since it wasn't yet clean when we arrived for check-in (at check-in time). The ice machine was broken on our floor, so we had to travel to 3rd floor to obtain ice. The room was a little 'worn', as was the lobby. 'Breakfast' was HORRIBLE: although promised a real breakfast on the Booking.com site – we rec'd a paper bag with cheap, unhealthy food. 'Coffee' in the lobby was also AWFUL.
