The staff went above and beyond to resolve any issues that arose. I greatly appreciated their professionalism and prompt response time.

Our smoke detector started beeping Thursday and as of Sunday when we left it still was not fixed. They do not have Staff to fix issues right away

nice on outside but inside was terrible. not anything like advertised. the bathroom was dirty and toilet would only flush if you took tank top off and did it manually. tub wouldn’t drain. had a smell in the room and didn’t look cleaned properly. the only good thing was price but I see why so cheap now

An employee who doesn't know their job. And as a member of the reward program have contacted corporate about the unprofessional conduct,the discrimination and lack of training of the front desk clerk.

It was easy to commute in the area

It was not as expected. My room was not ready when I arrived and had to wait 2 hours after arriving to check in. There was no grill in the pool area to use. Pool is now turning green from not being maintained. Management changed during my 3 week stay. The resident staying next to me was extremely noisy. Kids crying, running across the floor, and banging into the wall. I could feel my table shake in my room from the commotion. I complained twice and nothing was ever done. I killed 5 roaches after 1 1/2 weeks of my stay. Bring your own dishes and toilet paper only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided during your stay. Bring laundry detergent, you have to wash your own towels and wash cloths as well. There was stains on the curtains. Floors not swept during weekly cleaning.
