Clean, staff was nice. Easy access to the freeway

The mattress was good. The staff were all great. The breakfast was surprising. We'd return for that and the staff alone.

The shower was extremely loud and needed to be fixed. It screamed every time it was moved. The paper products are lesser quality. The bedding linens were very thin.

The Room is clean.

My room’s bacolny is near air conditioner centre. My 7 years old kid can’t sleep well due to the noise from air conditioners.

super convenient, clean and quiet

Loved the breakfast and staff in the breakfast area. Friendly and efficient. Parking was good except there could maybe be at least one more disabled spot. Location was easy to reach from I-5 freeway and getting to Highway 18 was good as well.

Some though needs to be given to putting disabled guests on the 8th floor. There was a fire alarm and if there had actually been a fire my husband and I would not have made it. From when the alarm first went off we were only on the 4th landing and someone told us it was a drill. We managed to get to the elevator and waited till it got turned onto return to our room on the 8th floor. The showers required 4 towels on the floor to avoid water running onto the bathroom floor. The lock would not go into the hole but we felt fairly safe by using the thing that only allows the door to open so far. There was no hot water in the bathroom sink but we made so.

The beds were comfortable, the new furnishings were nice (Altho not done). Breakfast was nice

Our shower only gave cold water until we complained, it was near impossible to regulate the room temperature, the bathroom sink was backed up, the room refrigerator froze all of our food and we discovered the wall air unit was leaking and the floor was soaked-we tried to talk to someone but most of the staff doesn’t speak English. The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and embarrassed and gave me info for management but they aren’t available until Monday…..
