The staff and breakfasts were great.
The road noise on the front of the hotel was terrible, and at times woke us up at night.

The room was a great size. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was huge and really nice. The shower was big and the water pressure was great! I had told the hotel when I booked that we were staying for my husband's birthday, and if possible I'd love a quiet room. The staff was great and responded right away. I believe the gentleman's name was RJ, he was great. Our room was on the top floor in the back, and we didn't have any room neighbors right next to us. It was very quiet. And upon returning on our second day of our stay, RJ had put up a sign on our door that wished my husband a happy birthday! I was very impressed with the staff!
The only negative I have is the lighting. The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim and not the greatest for doing makeup. The lighting in the room was a little fragmented, but if you incorporate the natural light from the window then it helps.

Room was nice. Breakfast was good.
Pool was gross. They shut it down the last day we were there. The staff did not clean the room 2 out 3 nights we were there even though we were they would.

The dogs on the same floor and walls were so thin I actually was awaken by the guys alarm in the next room didn't like the level of noise from neighboring rooms and dogs across the hall.

We didn't really participate in the breakfast, although it did look delicious.
We didn't like the way the soap dispensers and hand lotion were mounted on the wall. My wife had difficulty reaching them.

trying to check in we could not find attendant, tried phone, but no one picked up. left for dinner and called several times, no one picked up, finally found someone after returning from dinner, but panicked that we might need to find another hotel late at night.

I'd say it was 90% perfect. Breakfast was a good planned menu, but they were short staffed and out of food we had to wait for.
Just having to wait for breakfast items. Like eggs. Everyone's favorite. Once they ran out they were not replaced.

The hotel was very nice. Very clean, very attractive. The sheets were very nice and soft.
The mattress was not comfortable. I was in pain after sleeping on this mattress. It may keep me from coming to motel again, which is sad. Lighting in the bathroom was not very bright.

Staff was very welcoming. I was assisted immediately each time in visited the desk. Breakfast was thoughtfully sourced, lots of options. We enjoyed the cinnamon roll.
Power went out, wallpaper in bathroom had been taped down and was still peeling, doors and walls are thin, sticky substance on remote, no top sheet on bed

Clean rooms. Served its purpose
Staff difficult to locate. Upon arrival front desk employee was taking a smoke break. I waited for close to 10 minutes ringing the bell. Could hear everything coming from both neighbors.

The pool area was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was fine, had all the basics and a neat pancake machine.
Our room walls were dirty, and had patches all over and repainted. It was also close to the elevator and that was loud.

Location, breakfast, and cleanliness.
Not the hotel fault but there was a controlled burn in the area and smoke was pumped into out room through the air conditioner all night.
