Nothing

The room smelled of mildew, the paint in tub was peeling, tub dirty. Dirt was hanging from ceiling and walls were dirty. Didn’t have any internet,

I liked the location. There is even a Crackel Barrel on site.

The room was horrible. It was extremely dusty on the furniture. The bed sheets had blood on them. The pull out bed sheets showed evidence of not being changed from the previous guest. When I informed front desk about it at 3 am, he handed me new sheets and gloves to change linen myself. I also had wrote an email about the complaints to the property manager or management while I was there hoping that I was going to get a call back. But I did not. When I asked the front desk about whether I was going to get a call from management, I was told that I was not going to get one bc they believed that it was handled. Front desk staff gave a credit to our account for $75 but please know that I paid $660+ to stay in a dirty room that they cleaned the next day after I complained about it.

The room needed updates

The pool and the location. The amenities that are in the rooms.

That it had insects in the bathroom and room. The television was too small in the room.

It was near to everything we wanted to do.

Rooms need to be remodeled. Doors need some work to them or get new ones. Water in shower gets very hot hard to see which way to turn the nozzle on . Internet connection wasn’t good at times

Rooms were clean. Price was fair. Decent breakfast offered.

Floor around the sink/bathroom was greasy and slippery. Trash can outside our door would slam shut when used so while trying to sleep it would sound like a bomb exploded. And our key cards had to be reprogramed several times bc they would only work a time or two and they were couldn’t get into our room.

Dirtiest hotel ive ever stepped foot in. It smelled so bad. It smelled of a mix of cigarette smoke and poop, and we are in a non-smoking room. The room had mold on the bathroom ceiling. The balcony door safety latch was broken, which was obviously uncool for being in the fourth floor and having a one year old. The carpet was stained and ripped, so I didn't even want my kids walking in it. The the tv didn't turn on and the wifi didn't turn work. The entire hotel was so sketchy.
