Very clean and amazing price! Was super close to great wolf lodge where we went for a whole day.

Staff was unorganized. They gave me a room that someone was staying in. Staff had no idea what was going on. Later in that night when my children were ready to sleep I find out that the sofa bed was not made.

Breakfast was very good. I just wish they had a waffle maker and a person making omelette’s.

I didn't like being charged 587 for 2 days and I paid $1,500 for 5 days just because I wanted to add two days on I was charged $57 for 2 days outrageous I try to get a hold of someone I couldn't get a hold of anybody So if someone can get a hold of me from booking.com I would have really appreciate that Thank you

The toilet flush strength was poor and the toilet was very low to the ground. It was a dated unit and probably could use updating.

There was only one outlet for charging electronics without a plug and it was obscurely placed in the room. There was only one plug outlet conveniently located, also.

our toilet was either not running with water or it was running all night. No in between but Maintenance did come up promptly to address the matter.

it was a great location for us and we loved the food it was delicious! the staff was very friendly. The woman who served brunch was probably one of the nicest most accommodating waitresses I have ever had in a hotel! during our stay it was also decorated very nice for Christmas.

the only comments I have (and it’s not a big deal……we will be back within a few weeks for another stay) but the pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we originally picked the hotel……and our toilet in the room would not flush the handle was broken and we alerted the staff multiple times and nobody every came to fix it. for the 2 days we are there. clearly we still needed to use the toilet.
