The breakfast was adequate, but I would have liked some yogurt which is typically included in these types of continental breakfasts.

The room we were given was literally on the other side of the breakfast area, extremely close to the lobby and right along a main thoroughfare that was very noisy I to the early morning hours both nights that we were there. I don’t think this room is acceptable to use because of how much noise there is constantly coming from the dining area, lobby, but especially other guests (lots of kids/families) going to/from the pool. The pool was open very late (at least 11:30 pm) and people were constantly running down the hall loudly. It made it quite challenging for us to get the rest we needed even when we weren’t going to bed until 11:00 both nights. There was no sleeping in either because of the location of the room. On top of this, I had a lukewarm shower the last morning of our stay, despite having a 2-hour delay between the last shower taken by my spouse. Not sure what went wrong there as it worked fine the morning before, but we were just tired of the whole experience at that point.

I loves the late checkout. It gave us time to eat and visit the pool again before we left.

The bed was horrible. I know hotel beds are not the best. But this was the worst. I couldn't walk the next morning. And having 3 separate pads on the pull out instead of a mattress was a pain for kids. They kept falling between. But everything else was great

I really liked the hotel.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and there was a used towel behind door hanging up.

Easy off of freeway. 24 hour pool

The staff was great. Friendly and helpful. Location was great and easy to find. Close to everything.

I asked for a room away from noisy things like elevators, stairs, etc. They put us in a room next a family room. The noise was horrible! The kids running in the halls, slamming the door to the point it was like a shock wave in our room. To the staff's credit, when I called them the noise quieted down that day. Also, no microwave in the room.
