Nice quiet area surrounding. Excellent customer service from the manager going table to table to greet people at breakfast to the lovely attendant at breakfast.
Evening check in with front desk could have been a better first impression. Front desk attendant was not friendly at first.

The ceiling was so high making the room feel bigger. The bed was comfy and the room felt very spacious. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it!

Good location. Property looks unimpressive but we found it very comfortable. Fireplace and whirlpool tub in room. VBkfst good.

Clean and nice staff
Not enough towels. Pool ran out every day and they were behind on towels for rooms, too. Also the one elevator is not enough to accommodate a busy weekend. Open the stairs to be a normal pathway instead of emergency only, Dane with the exits.

Nice and new hotel with convenient location for our trip. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub even in January. Views from the room were pretty
The odd numbered rooms were on the side of the hotel closest to the highway which was sometimes loud.

TJ Miller at the front desk was AWESOME! I had an emergency on the road in SLC, and was unable to drive another 4.5 hours to this motel. TJ was fantastic in that he was able to cancel my reservation without a fee, due to unforeseen circumstances. A million thanks for his compassion & understanding!!

We loved the balcony, the jetted tub and the fire place. It felt like a luxury stay.
Even with the unlucky circumstances the front counter staff were considerate of our concerns, and took action to to control the situation. We ended up having an amazing night.
We were unlucky enough to stay the same weekend as two separate high school teams so there were periods of very loud noises and kids running up and down the halls.

LOVELY breakfast! and the outside pool was awesome!!
the sofa bed was so BAD! we are traveling with 5 people and the room was only set up for 4 so we needed to put the sofa bed togther, get towels, get sheets/blankets/pillows..

It was new and very well took care of. Location was perfect for us because it is beside Zion Harley Davidson and I had to leave my bike there overnight.

the room was beautiful and it has 24 hour check in! this was very convenient for my Husband and I because we drove from southern CA to Utah after leaving at 6pm ! Jen greeted us at the door and she was amazing !
