It was quiet and clean
The restaurant closed to early (not the hotels fault) but the fact that rooms were so far from office

The bed was Super comfortable!
Could have a little bit more of a variety of food. That the hallways were not connected, and you could easily get lost like I did when I was trying to get back to the front desk.

The pool and hot tub.
I had confirmation that a special request about a room was met. When it wasn’t the extremely rude lady at the desk acted like it was my fault for using book.com. I made the request due to a medical issue, so I shouldn’t have been told it was met if it wasn’t. I would have booked a different hotel.She said they hadn’t met the request. The beds in the room were horrible. We would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck. It was like sleeping on a rock.

Breakfast was typical but very good. Issues with the room heating and cleaniness but both were addressed and corrected. Staff friendly. 24 hour staff and snacks available.
our original room was not made when we arrived after 10pm. Had to find another room. The controls for the heating were not connected at all. Maintenance person had to bypass to make the heater work.

The staff was all very friendly and efficient, including those at check-in, housekeeping and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean also. The breakfast was excellent. It had a great variety of hot and cold offerings. Great price for a great facility.
The GPS directed me to the Maintenance Entrance and since I missed the hotel signage by the Marathon gas station, only recognized it was the correct hotel by seeing the hotel name on the transportation van.

Very clean!
No towels at pool none - went to get towels said we could only get 1 for 3 people. Too many unsupervised children in hot tub and pool and sauna. It was dangerous. I don’t want to watch others kids when I’m trying to relax with my family.

Lied about room. Was supposed to have had a jucuzzi tub and didnt. gave us a handicap room. bed was hard. KIds runing up and down hallways all night long. staff did nothing to correct the issue.

There was a new fridge in room and the door sealed and kept things cold. Nice place to stay with a dog. Close to highway. Everytime we stay there, there are improvements! Great breakfasts.

The restaurant on site was great! The breakfast was good- plenty of offerings even though the waffle machine was down. There was plenty to do. the location was easy access to everything if driving.
It was the conference center side that we stayed on and the night we arrived there was a youth event going on and we had to walk through a large crowd of people to get to our room. not seriously a problem, just wish I hadn’t had to go that way. and later I did discover an alternate route

Location is great! Room was very clean and comfortable, and everyone was super nice and welcoming.
You need more help at the bar/restaurant. There is one person acting as bartender, waiter, and busboy! So service is poor when it’s crowded, because one person can’t do all those jobs at once!

There were so many people staying that weekend the pool area wasn’t clean.

this place was a no go from the get go! weird rap music playing from a broken TV… and a sign that in broken English I THINK said “forgive our mess” …room had massively stained couch. we left immediately and swallowed the cost. that being said the front desk clerk was polite and efficient. otherwise a freaking crime scene. We went down the street to another hotel and they said, verbatim, “yeah, there probably was a murder or something there.” ! what!

Good location, dog friendly.
Teen event at the hotel caused terrible traffic in parking lot, needed someone to direct it. Also, dirty hallways and public restrooms. And worst of all, next door neighbors with 2 dogs, one of them vicious and uncontrollable. Our dog never barked once, but theirs barked constantly and was very aggressive to us and our dog. Also, people themselves were arguing and using foul language in the hallway. Made for a miserable night.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were amazing.
The bath tub in the room has a weird plug system that continues to close when you shower and so the bath fills as you shower. It is an old system and so needs to change as it can be frustrating to shower.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Extremely dirty and everything was falling apart. Some of the staff was outright rude, while some were friendly
