Fast Check-in, staff is nice. Nice renovated bathroom.
The noise, it was little dead bugs on the sofa sheets…

I liked the size of the rooms. And the location
Fist of all the rooms smelled like weed and when I broke it to the person up fronts attention they said that’s how it is. 🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️ the rooms were comfortable but kinda dirty like my blanket I had had a smoke hole in it. The place is run done. The worst part about this hotel is the food attendant. Sooo rude. Yeah you can’t serve yourself here someone serves for you and she is the worst they could have helping. 😡 the pool and jacuzzi was opened but looked like it wasn’t cleaned for days. Bugs floating and stuff from the trees in the pool soooo gross 🤮

I liked it was in a nice area for the most part food and gas close by, shopping just down the road. Hotel staff was friendly and polite
My room was cleanish. King Bed was fresh and clean same with kitchen area. The bathroom was a turn off. white tile grout should be white, not black with white spots. Pee splatter spots on shower or yellow dried stuff. hair and other stuff on floor like they let my young child clean it in a hurry, just to make me have them do it all over again while I watched. I carry bleach wipe for a reason, its for public restrooms not motel rooms. It was just one night so i just made my bed and slept in it. Jacuzzi was warm bubbles for the first 20 minutes the water got colder and colder till we and the other people were getting cold. A bit more in the details and this place would be nice. Room 213 if you wanted to know.

I love the hot breakfast.
There should be more lights around the parking lot. The overgrown trees have covered most of the public lampposts.

It’s location was good.
It was so dirty, I had to ask to be moved to a different room. The couches were stained with nasty marks, the microwave and sink had food from the last person, floors didn’t look vacuumed at all. The toilet was gross and this was in the “better” room. The smell is awful, it’s musty and gross. The air unit had nasty globs of dirt and dust hanging from it. I was grateful I was on the first floor and could
Open a window. If it hadn’t been for the fact that I was exhausted and desperately needed a place, I would have left.

The breakfast was good.
It was dingy. And the rooms had a weird cleaning product smell that wasn’t good. Everything needs to be steam cleaned. My room had previous trash from the guest before in the cabinets. Could be good if things were cleaned better

The location was immediately next to a couple gas stations, Starbucks and fast food chains. Freeway access was a breeze to get to. Family activities were nearby. The staff were very pleasant and made the check in quick and easy.
As soon as we hit the hallway to our floor there was a certain stench that was bearable. It smelled like a mixture of weed and heavy amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. Once we got to the room was worse! The odor in the room was almost unbearable, it reminds me of the smell of a hospice care center and it lingered. I don’t think this was anything the cleaning staff could have prevented as it seems like it was embedded into the old and run down carpet. There was a plastic sheet covering the bed which is most definitely a good investment but it made the stay uncomfortable for my counterpart. The place seems very outdated and is in dire need of a pick me up, not sure it was worth the cost even with the deal they were running.

Overall dirty. Not well kept.elevator and hallways dirty, trash was overflowing in vending/ice area.stunk.not cleaned for over 24hrs. I only stayed for rate discount. Would not recommend to families.alot of marijuana stink on our floor.other people coming and going, looking sketchy ,stoned...maybe some drug dealing going on.

Great location to gas stations and places to eat. Close access to on ramp for nearby Hwy 50 to Tahoe or Sacramento. Very nice lobby area. Lots of tables for morning complimentary hot & cold breakfast items. We got a very nice clean room with king size bed, kitchenette w/sink, stove, microwave, toaster, and full size fridge. The A/C worked well to cool the room down quickly after we entered. Some dishes and coffee cups were in the cupboards, enough for two people. The hotel parking was nice, had no problems finding parking that went all around the property with easy access to lobby from either the North or South side of the hotel. Automatic sliding doors to lobby. The elevator to our 3rd floor room was easy to find, worked well and no major delays. We were traveling and staying just one night midweek, and not the weekend. So not sure how it would be for a weekend stay. But for $72/night rate booked through booking.com, thought we got a great deal for the price.
Can’t say a lot about what I didn’t like. For some reason saw a few people just parked and staying in their cars. Not sure why? Wi-Fi?. Guess I should have asked the hotel clerk. My wife who has a better sense of smell than I do, felt there was a slight musty smell when we first walked in.

The free breakfast and the kitchenette.
One of the burners on the stove did not work.

Quiet location, nice little breakfast, comfy bed and pet friendly. Understand that some rooms may have a "pet" smell, but it was not overwhelming and not a negative for me.

the kitchen in the room was super nice. The family suite was big enough for our kids and still had enough room to feel comfortable.

the beds were comfortable
the entire hotel smelt like mildew and smoke. our hotel room was dirty and had a strong odor. we switched rooms and the new room wasn’t much better

The location was very convenient and quiet. Note: Starbucks across the street closes early. I appreciate having a free breakfast which saved our family probably $80 to be able to skip going out for breakfast. If I'd been more prepared, I would have made breakfast in the room. I also appreciate an 12:00 p.m. checkout. Wifi had enough bandwith for my boys to hook up their xbox. Little gym was good to have.
The cleanliness was shockingly bad. Just unbelievable the things that were overlooked in the bathroom and kitchen. I could only conclude that there is not enough staff on payroll to do a good job, and they are rushing, maybe with their eyes closed? Also the front desk staff the next morning did not appear professional at all. I believe that the entire hospitality industry has a standard of appearance and when front desk folks look like they ran in from their own saturday chores at home...I just shook my head. T.V. screen needed to be a larger. My fiance suggests putting a hamper for dirty towels in the gym. And there was no water when I was in there the next morning.
