Very spacious rooms. Large gathering area in the lobby that can be used all day. Nice pool area. Close to city parks and walking trails.

Breakfast was good. Liked that they had hot food.

The property was located in a good central area. Everything you might need was right there.

Our suite was right next to the “sport court” so it was a little rowdy when we were trying to wind down for the night, but nothing the Hotel can really do about that

The layout of the hotel was nice. It made you feel like you were in a home environment and not just in a stuffy hotel. The breakfast hours were very accommodating to the guests.

The swimming pool was located outdoors and was closed for the winter season. The bedding had stains and spots on them. The blanket that was provided was actually a bed skirt not a true blanket.

The breakfast was crappy. The same bad sausage and crappy eggs every day. The sausage was like cardboard.

Giving me a receipt so that I could be reimbursed for my 2000 dollars would have been a starter, but they can't seem to do that if you book through booking dot com. Crappy, crappy, crappy after sales service. All I want is a receipt for the days I was there, and they can't, or more likely won't, give it to me. A receipt. That's all I'm asking for.

They went above and beyond to assist us when my son left his beloved toy plush at the hotel. The looked for it and kept it safe until it was picked up. Thank you!

Location is good. Not far from Oak Park Mall

It was filthy and not maintained. We went to Walmart to pick up Lysol cleaner to clean bathroom and kitchen ourselves. Thick dust on doors and windows. First room had a huge chunk missing in the bathroom floor tile which most definitely is a hazard. Wreaked of marajuana smoke. Staff was rude and when we asked for a receipt upon check out we were rudely told it had been emailed to us but in fact it had not. Huge disappointment for the money

I liked the setup of the rooms. There were two beds in one room and a separate living room space. The beds were comfortable, even the pullout couch. There was a good size fridge. The counter space was surprisingly large for food preparation.

There were a few maintenance needs. The dining table was wobbly and the tub did not drain freely. Other than a stain on the wall, the room was clean and sanitized. The staff graciously accepted the concerns to ensure they would be dealt with. Extras needs, such as blankets and towels were promptly delivered to our room :-).
