I had not stayed at a hotel in some time. I have always had a microwave in the room before. To my surprise, this room didn't have one. Why would you provide a refrigerator and no microwave? Also, I was out after dark. I had a horrible time finding where to turn off of Silver Parkway in order to get to the hotel. It was barely lite up and set way back from the road off of another road. It was visible in the daytime, but not at night. I thought I was going to have to call your main desk for assistance. Finally figured it out but I am 69 yrs. old and it was pretty scary.

I had 3 rooms reserved for a wedding party. 2 rooms were supposed to be joining rooms sleeping 6 PEOPLE in EACH ROOM (all 3 of our room sleep 4 not 6) The staff member was very nice and helpful. But they let us down BIG TIME. Get to the joining rooms and open the door to a dirty room that had not been cleaned. Go back to let them know, they tell me they will clean it. We go to wedding rehearsal for 4 HOURS. come back to them changing my room completely. now I have no joining rooms. 3 rooms on all ends of the hotel. get to the new room and see a chair in the corner ( i specifically requested and reserved queen rooms with a pullout sofa. so now all 3 rooms are missing the couch. now I'm short 6 SLEEPING spots because they put us in rooms without sofas. I ask for a roll-away bed and was denied. I was told I could rent another room or I could leave. Seriously Mgr. that's how you treat your guest. You should be ashamed. At least your employee was kind to us. I had personally called 2 times before the stay making sure our rooms were perfect, only to arrive and not have a single thing accommodated for us. SMH. this place let me and my family down and caused a lot of unnecessary issues. If I would have know this was gonna be the issue, I would have never booked here.
