The privacy of the family room.

There was nothing wrong.

The staff here are very sweet and friendly.

The beds were uncomfortable sleeping on them due to it being on a wooden platform bed. Every time I turned in the bed it made creaking noises. The breakfast was good just didn't like their system of waiting to be served everything except our drinks. We were not allowed to make our own waffles or get any side items like muffins or yogurt also couldn't touch the condiments. I mean really it was a bad set up and awful flow especially since it got busy.

The lady in charge of the breakfast area was pleasant and had excellent customer service.

Front desk was not courteous or friendly. They made me leave a deposit. Shower and restroom floor were dirty. I've been to many WB locations before and I've never had anything to complain about until this time.

The lady who checked me in was courteous and professional.

I had to call the office on my 2nd day, late in the evening around 10:30, as I was being stalked by the guys staying next to me. I constantly had someone knocking and scratching on the wall by my bed and in the bathroom. I heard a cell phone vibrating constantly up in the ceiling and asked if security could please check on this for me. An hour later the stalking continued so I called the office again and the man who was there raised his voice at me over the phone and was mad as I asked him to come over and check. He banged on my door and his face was red with anger. He walked to the bathroom and said: Oh, so your hearing things in here now. He told me it's just the wind, there is no attic. And proceeded to tell me I was hearing things. I asked him if he would treat, believe or talk to his wife or daughter the way he was doing with me, he starred at me with anger and left. What despicable, unprofessional & disgraceful service. That old, rude, unprofessional and inconvenienced man should NOT be working late hours especially at this type of business. It was way past his bedtime. I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it to any of my Family or Friends.
