The staff were really nice. Delicious breakfast cooked to order cannot say enough about that. All the maids were very cheerful and always friendly. We asked for extra towels and they gave us a whole new set. Room was very large. Room was clean just wished the bed wasn't so hard. Hotel is in a great location. We will certainly stay there again but hope the jacuzzi is fixed.

The bed was hard and the jacuzzi did not work. Only 2 jets worked and it was like warm bathwater.

A convenient location, very clean, comfy beds, and exceptional staffing. The complimentary breakfast was delicious everyday of my stay a good motivator to start your day early.

Easy check in and out. Very kind staff. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was also "cook to order" and they had fresh fruits (bananas, apples and oranges). They have a shuttle that takes you to the tennis tournament, as this was a plus for us. We didn't check the pool or the gym.

Very pricey, but then everywhere around Indian Wells is very pricey during the tennis tournament.

Breakfast was great. It was quiet and peaceful. Staffs were accommodating, except a Sunday front desk staff.

The heater was not working due to the batteries, once replaced with fresh batteries it released the cold air. I gave up. Screen and balcony doors were outdated, both were squeaked to open and close, wd40 might work! The shower knob was hard to turn.

The breakfast was nice. When I called for a blanket, I received it in a timely manner.

The lights in the bathroom did not work, I had to shower and use the restroom in the dark. There was no blanket in the room.

I must say I really enjoyed my stay this time it was comfortable it was quiet on the third floor and I'm looking forward to staying once again. I liked the breakfast it was very filling and the environment was just very nice and decent. I have to say, I LOVE those pillows, I haveto get me one of those..They are sooo nice good for my neck, I slept like a baby...😀

The only thing I did have to say and comment about is that it was very cold because we are in winter season and there's no heat so the cooler I put it to 82 it kind of somewhat helped but not really..Ofcourse, it was a cooler...I knew that. But, no heat...And, the aftershock ..But, other than that it was nice...

property is run down room was a little dirty from previous booking sliding door, fell off when opened sliding door lock was detached, bathroom, shower, unclean. Hotel seem to be very overbooked. Parking had to be far from room with small children. I picked this location due to its closeness to the living desert for one day I could’ve chose from a multiple amount of hotels just best Western because I have always had good luck, but I have to say this is probably one of the worst best westerns I’ve ever stayed at
