It's clean and nice
For some reason I was charged $30 more dollars, but investigating with the bank.

The room was not very clean. There were cob webs in the corner of the window. We stayed in a suite, but the front room did not have a television. There was s spot for it, but no TV.
Also, our car was backed into and scrapped the bumper. I contacted the facility and was told the manager would contact me to review the video. I’m still waiting to hear from them😐

The staff was very kind. There was parking.
It needs a thorough cleaning on the outside and fixtures should be updated, as well as furniture. Our first room had a broken door and the desk was leaning. Also, cooking odors are apparent.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. Plenty of parking.
Occasional loud noise from train and trucks due to location. Room was clean except for one dental floss threader that was still on the floor.

Very clean updated rooms. Central location, close to the beach and downtown Irvine.
Parking was hard to find once the parking structure was full.

Price was the lowest in the area.
The room was dirty. Property was poorly kept. Furniture in the room was pretty beat up. Property backs up to a major freeway. Noisy. Walls are paper thin, so noises from rooms beside and above are annoying.

it was very convenient, close to the freeway and it had suites available, had to cancel somewhere else because of roach problem and dirty place . so being the weekend I liked the fact that I could stay for a night to rest from traveling and visiting friend on our way to LA .
there was a lot of noises machines ,something’s with wheels ,and one of those times the train just blast a noise when was passing by. I think that to avoid all of those a noises need to change the regular windows for double painted and it will block any noise I can tell you it will block all those noises.
