I loved the lady who checked us in she was so helpful and the place was beautiful inside and outside!!
It could have had a few more eating tables for breakfast.

It was a comfortable place
No ac in the fitness room no hot water for the oatmeal no berries the breakfast left alot to b desired

Staff very friendly, shower was great, pool was great and room was quiet.
No hot water in sink. Thermostat kept changing it's set point from 73 to 75 on it's own through out the night. The bed shakes a little every few minutes all night.

Well maintained, clean. Since i am a woman traveling alone… i felt completely safe.
Some protein at breakfast would’ve been nice. Oh and the coffee cups were too small. Once filled by the automated dispenser.. I had no room for cream or sugar. I had to use 2 cups.

Hair in shower in 2 out of 3 rooms we paid for. 3 inch gap on the bottom of room doors. Walls were very thin, I heard the old man in the next room snoring very loudly the entire night. And then heard said old man and wife's entire conversation very early the next morning. People in rooms upstairs footsteps were very loud because this place was remodeled with non carpeted floors. Very disappointed and not happy with this stay.

No available power plugs, in room coffee packages open and spilled bathrooms were clean but worn out, breakfast was a joke

The location, and appearance were great.
The carpet had a burn , the shape of an iron, slow running drain, no table to have a meal.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good: yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, hot coffee. Bed was comfortable. Check-in process was simple and easy. The AC cooled the room well.
The room had a musty smell/dirty-sock smell. The bathroom and sink were dingy/cracked from age most likely. The hallway noise was minimal, but we could hear the people above us walking all around, very loud. Thankfully they went to bed and got up about the same time we did.

They put us in a room next to the main road and listened to semis Jake brakes all night did not get much sleep. Requested a room in the back of the hotel and they acomidated.

The only good thing about this room was the bed was ok.
Room smelled like animals had been in there. Carpet felt sticky. The coke machine was out of all soft drinks. The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast or a couple types of pastries. The juice machine was out of order.

Dead bugs in the bathtub . Not sure toilet had been cleaned. There was one towel and washcloth for two people. I had to go and ask for now.

The bed was very comfortable
We choose places with pools for the child to swim after traveling. The pool is freezing and the hot tub water was cloudy and brown. It may as well not have any swimming facilities.

The room was clean and up to date. I felt safe in the area at night.
The highway is very close and loud. No hot breakfast due to covid. It's about time to get on with life.

Theresa at front desk (nights) was attentive and super nice.
Used the washer with tide soap, the powder did not dissolve and left white crap all over our clothes.

Room smelled like someone had not flushed toilet but I think it was the water smell.

served it’s purpose. slept great. there was breakfast.
paid extra 25$ for dog room that smelled pretty bad. It was not worth the money but we booked at the last minute so I guess that’s what we get. breakfast was very basic.
