Everything was amazing except one thing.

No regular TV channels and was only streaming available and we don't stream

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! Such a great value for such a reasonable money! Which is very rare for California. It is located in the heart of the downtown. Close to everything. It is very easy to check in. Super clean inside. All amenities were new. I was surprised by the quality of body cream, shampoo, and hair conditioner. I really liked it. The room was small. But it was totally enough for solo travel. Everything is clean, new. The hotel is a bit noisy because of poor isolation. But I must admit all the people who lived at the hotel were very quiet 🤫 and respectful. I would definitely stay there again if I travel to Silicon Valley

Good location

Heat wasn't on in common areas, hallways etc. the heat in my room didn't come on until 11 a.m. the next morning. I visited in late January and it was very cold. I was in a room on the ground floor with an alley out my window. Each morning at 5:30 a.m. the garbage truck came and emptied garbage bins out of the bottom floor of the parking garage right outside my window, he did this repeatedly, leaving to unload and then come back to load more garbage bins into his truck. It was extremely loud and jarring & I was unable to sleep.

Although small space, it provided EVERYTHING we needed in a modern very clean convenient location.

I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best. amazing building,. High quality rooms and high quality service. The check-in and the check-out instructions are clear and easy to follow. It is an amazing experience. Thank you

Great location, easy check in - the facilities including complimentary tea and coffee as well as printing were a bonus - the room was very clean and modern - a great use of space!

When the entrance door opens, there is a risk that non-guests could get into the facility.

This place is sooo cute. Its tiny but everything is updated and very well done. We just needed a place to sleep so the space was enough. Checking in was easy, just make sure you have internet access to get your door codes. All the linens smelled so good too!!

I didn’t appreciate that their booking site says they have free parking if they actually don’t have parking at all at this location. There’s public parking literally right next to it, but you run the risk of not finding parking. I took forever trying to figure out the TV then I finally gave up. An hour later I found the instructions on the top shelf and was finally able to connect to the chrome cast and stream using my phone.
