Staff was very nice

Bed bugs were horrible and mold was gross. The bathroom light didn’t work and front door was broken.

The bed was hard as a brick didn't get any sleep

The wood floors were a nice touch and the beds were comfortable.

The Location off a major street lots of traffic noise. The refrigerator did not get cold and the microwave was very old both need to be replaced Trash located behind the towel hanger on the wall and dirt behind the toilet paper dispenser. Need to have more cleaning done.

Close to the store and my job. The bed was comfortable.

Paid too rate for a room with one towel. When ask for more, the reply was, "That's all they have"

I liked that it was close to where I was going. Could have paid for a better place at the rate they charged for the accommodations they offered

It was a very nice room. Very centrally located.

No shampoo or coffee maker in the room.

To me when I have to stay in a hotel/motel the most important thing is the bed. people are already not in their own bed the very least that could be done is make sure the beds are mediocre. This bed was like a 6” foam with plywood under it (felt that way). At first it felt good. But went completely flat after a couple hours. Made a very long and miserable night.

No pool. The pool was super clean but no one is allowed to swim in it bc of COVID. I am so tired of hearing that excuse for everything.

Room was very dirty, sheets were dirty with stains, restroom tub/ shower was backed up - just a horrible experience/ wouldn’t ever rent a room again. Checking in process took over 30minutes with a/c in lobby
