We where greeted, with a upgrade.
Dishes, needed to be washed again.

Room was spacious. Bed appeared to be clean.
Roaches in the bathroom. Extreme loud music over the top Friday night. Rude unappreciative staff, staff not present for checkout

Access to food/drinks, staff were very kind, pool area was nice, great views of the lake.
We reserved a lake view room and were given a room looking at the side of the bar and grill. I could see the lake from there if I stood in a corner of the balcony and leaned over… we switched rooms to have a quieter stay and they wouldn’t refund the extra money. Music at the bar plays until 1AM.

BEAUTIFUL rooms....
Toilet and shower could use some more preventative maintenance or just replacement....other than the loud unstable toilet and it clogging and the shower had little water pressure it was a wonderful stay

Loved the room it was so nice. The shower and bathroom were beautiful. I loved the fact that we had our own balcony. The fact we had a whole kitchen was amazing as well.
The staff were super snobby and very unfriendly. The lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at us and our apparel (we were there for a cannabis event). The man who checked us in was SUPER snobby like they both snubbed their noses at my girlfriend and I. The man who checked us in seemed very rushed to get us out of the way, but he didn't smile not once. If you're going to work in hospitality, then maybe you should not be such a snob or be a sour puss.

The spa was amazing and the staff at the front desk was amazing and so friendly! We can't wait to come back?
The only think I can even think of that wasn't even a problem was the toilet would run every once in a while in our room and to turn the shower on you need to pull both handles out in order to turn the water on ( we had to call the front desk ) 🤣

It was time change night, so we overslept and missed breakfast.

Very nice and well maintained. Beautiful bathroom and shower. The beds were awesome. We really enjoyed the balcony since the weather was unseasonably warm.
The toilet paper was 2 ply and rather rough.
The coffee supplied for the room was more like tea and only one bag provided. The Front desk seemed to be battling with the Boutique employee. Boutique clerk was snoozing in the clothes rack so I had to call out loudly to get her attention. I also wondered if the Ph was off in the hot tub. It irritated my legs, opposite of chlorine.

the rooms and bed was so comfortable and super clean!!
Noise from hallway was noticeable and woke us up around 6 or 6:30 am.

My husband and I have stayed at Camden on the Lake twice now and loved our stay both times. Both visits we stayed in one of the spa suites. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy. The staff was very friendly as well as accommodating.
We could not get our fireplaces lit, but maintenance came up right away and got it started for us.
We have stayed at several resorts at the lake and Camden on the Lake is by far the best one. We can't wait to book our next visit.

Incredible Suite! One of the best I have ever stayed in!!! Spacious, fireplace, dual head shower, washer/dryer, separate living area/bedroom, comfy furniture & awesome lake view balcony. I wish I could have stayed longer!!!

location on River, pool, location next to H.Toads. love size of room, layout of room. staff was great

lake view and close to two restaurants and bars
room wasn’t as clean as I would expect for the price I paid. no boat launch and no trailer parking in lot. this wasn’t highlighted when I booked

stayed during low seasons, and was upgraded to lake view room. The view was splendid.
hot tub was not open, but understood the situation.

They wasn't supposed to take money off of my card but they did, I was supposed to have the option of paying on arrival but (Booking. Com ) had already taken money off card, without my approval 😒.
