I love the location.

The pool was awful green and cloudy and my kids love the pool so it was disappointing.

Nice location to small shops and grocery … walking distance

The coffee/tea bar in the room was very sparse. Yes you can go downstairs but my routine in the morning is to have my coffee in the room prior to going for breakfast or out for day….not a budget stay so expected more.

Upon booking this hotel was selected for being pet friendly no where did I mention nearly $100 in additional fees. I could have booked with tru by meridian that is pet friendly for half the price and much higher quality. I did expect more for this being a Hilton hotel, our main entry door had about a 2 inch gap with the hallway, which didn’t seem safe or sanitary. I could also hear every little thing off our neighbors next-door. If this room was $100-$150 a night maybe I could justify it but for over $300 this was not worth it at all.

Odd smell when entering lobby- may have been cleaning products but it was not pleasant. Tile floors in room were sticky and didn't seem clean. A roach crawled out of toilet paper when a new roll was opened. Breakfast was lacking in choices and quality. Had better at several competitors locations. Stayed here a couple of years ago and experience was better then. Seems like the facilities got "tired" quickly.

The breakfast Staff were Great!

Management and front desk. It was extremely Unprofessional. I had asked for my room to be extended several days prior. They did not. I was told they forgot. I was able to find it online and they canceled it when I filed a complaint. It cost me food that I had in the room that I could not fit in another hotel. It cost me time and effort ton my Trip. The sad part is management was involved that made the decision. I also had a necklace stolen out of my room during cleanup.

Great location! Only 6 minutes from the beach and very close to restaurants and stores. Lobby is lovely and continental breakfast area was comfortable.

There was considerable wear and tear in our room. Everything looked clean and the staff had clearly done their best, but you can’t fix a peeling shower faucet. You just need to replace it.
