Good location for my need, had pet in emergency hospital.
Room was roomy but smelled of urine, and like the people before me smoked in the room. I was so exhausted I did not change rooms. I usually would have changed rooms

The only reason I didn’t rate the staff as bad was because there was one woman who was friendly when I needed to go get my room key reset when it wouldn’t work any more.
The room was filthy. There were multiple hairs under the pillows and in the sheets, leading me to believe the bedding wasn’t changed between guests. The bathroom was dirty and I found a roach in my sink.
I was in town to take the Florida Bar, so being comfortable was extremely important, but not only was I disgusted to get into a bed I was sure someone else had slept in before, but the sheets felt greasy like they had been sweat in to boot.
Additionally, most places do require a deposit that is returned when you check out, but the deposit at this location was double what I’ve paid at similar starred hotels, and the front desk person told me that it wouldn’t be returned for five business days.

Friendly employees, good bed, everything clean and nice room.
Avarage breakfast, not much choice. Early in the morning containers are ampied next to the hotel, so a lot of noise. View from room 412 is a wall.

Breakfast was ok, but not much of a variety. Same foods served each day.

The staff and facility was great!
The price was a bit high...however I did travel during sprung break and the credit card machine was down...but they were able to take my payment the good o fashion way...by paper!

what I don’t like about most in the breakfast. those eggs! I know it’s included in the fee and if they could maybe just add some cheese to the eggs it might make those eggs more edible. it is the same eggs used in other hotels. but some have added cheese and it makes a difference. just a thought. thanks

The staff was super friendly. They went over and beyond to keep their clients happy. Convenient location 15min away from Tampa airport. Quiet area to stay.
We stayed there for few days and we had the exact same breakfast every day. It really stunk inside the elevator like someone smoked inside even though you had a sign that says « no smoking allowed ». Very old building, bath is old and bumpy, and the carpet smells really old in the corridor. Another incident was that our access card for our bedroom did not worked three times during our stay. We were not impressed.
