Staff was helpful when it came room arrival.and departure, booking another night. Extremely accommodating! (Thanks Patrik!)

Flies in room! Asked for towels to shower and was told we had to bring dirty towels back to our room and wait for the maids....very upsetting.

The carpet felt damp and creepy to walk on bare feet, so I kept my shoes on. The lobby smelled like a toxic cleaning chemical, and made me cough a little, and the man behind the counter was coughing a lot I think all in reaction to this substance in the air there. There is no lamp on the single bedside table and the only light is harsh overhead lights. We had to move furniture to find an electric outlet near the bed. We were told this would be a non-smoking room and when I moved the bedside table to look for an outlet, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no trash container in the bathroom, only by the front door. The bedsheets were poor quality. I was relieved to leave.

Ok but far from Elite

Too many flies everywhere, dirty towel left by the housekeeper.

The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean.

How updated the room was, beyond my expectation.

My only dislike was I did find some strands of hair in shower from previous guest.

What breakfast?

Hardest bed we've ever slept on. Or tried to, anyway.
