This hotel was run down it smelled old I’m the room bathroom was nasty the sheets was nasty the area it was in looked unsafe

The toilet didn’t work in the first room had to move rooms the tv didn’t work in the second room the room was dirty

Beds and pillows comfortable

First two rooms assigned smelled like smoke. Doors open to outside, didn’t feel safe, next to a loud truck stop and planes flying overhead, very loud!

The facilities were very nice.

I came face to face with 2 VERY LARGE cockroaches!!!

Bed was okay. That's the only thing I can say good about the place.

Carpet was disgustingly filthy, with many old things ground into it. The shower curtain was stained and possibly moldy. The towels were stained. The entry and bathroom door were terribly beat up. The tiles in bathroom were broken. The bathroom door only opened halfway before it hit the shower curtain rod, so you had to straddle the toilet to close the door. The AC cooled the place, but was very loud. Anything, and I mean the slightest noise outside was very loud in the room, as if people were inside.

The Location was close to the interstate.

We asked for a non smoking room when we got our room there was a s cigarette butt with ashes on the night stand, the smoke alarm was disconnected and wires hanging , there was a bag of used/dirty washcloths and towels in a drawer, the sink was particularly stopped up and one of the lamps were not working. We reported it immediately to the front desk and they said it was cleaned before we arrived. This was the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

Easy access from the main road.

Area is very noisy and the room has bad (if any) sound isolation. The hotel elevator and hallway were very dirty. The room, even though I specifically requested a non-smoking room, it was smelling bad smoke. But the worst part was definitely how dirty the AC was, and therefore the air in the room was so bad that me, my wife, my mother in-law and my 4 year old daughter could not sleep since we were all coughing a lot. It was a very bad night in my family-vacation.

From the front desk to check out, my stay was awesome. Everything was nice and clean and in good working condition. Great stay for my birthday weekend.
