Food very very good at Mix & Mingle, a restaurant by main entrance & front desk & which overlooked pool.

Garbage pails were not emptied daily. Had to request coffee packets daily for next morning & water for the same.

room was adequate only needed a deep cleaning.

Nothing, other than we took their money from them and spent it at the other casinos and took their money, too.

We were placed on a floor with all the pets and heard nothing but animals Monday night. Complained about it and they moved us to a non-handicapped room and I need the bathroom to be handicapped assessable. Asked for the main supervisor to get in-touch with me and nothing. Asked again the next day and nothing. Asked when I left and nothing. UBS ports were dead, so charging our phones and laptops was done in our truck while we traveled to other places. Food was terrible, so we went out to other casinos for food. Asked for clean linens and towels and they were out of the blankets and comforters for our king-size bed. Then they told us that they do not change out anything until we finally leave. Gee, go figure.

Room 735 the heater wasn't working properly. It was mostly chilly in the room.

The room was clean & the pool was good

They didn't have pool towels for 2 days. Plus the battery in the door went out after we went and got dinner so by the time I got in the room our food was cold.

There was no breakfast they need fridges and there front desk people don't need to tell people they were abused when you check in,that's not something I want to hear on my first trip. Not professional.

The worker's where friendly this was my 2nd stay I enjoyed so much the first time i bought my uncle back for his 77 birthday

The nite manager when i checked in didn't help her worker at the front get me together when she couldn't find My reservation@5am I had to take a smoking room when I have Asthma and And a single bed with my Uncle And it was his 77 birthday we had to move 3 times to get it right .i had to wait on the day manager to fix it..
