Comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower and very clean

Like how the elevator have security to be used. So if you don’t have a hotel key card. You can’t use the elevator

The furnitures in the room looked old

The room is small, it should be more than 1 single sofa in the room, and also there was no microwave which is bad.

The bad odeur in the room resulted by humidity and the view was very bad as you can see only a dirty roof and ac machine etc…. Room 211 should be last to sell or not at all ….. customer service needs improvement….

the staff had little knowledge of the transportation available. they weren’t able to give accurate information with regards to bus times etc. the property is old.

The hotel was decent. Not extravagant. I liked the room was clean except we found a grey short on the floor.by the foot of the bed. When we checked out we told the lady helping us, she acted lile it was no big deal and just asked how we wanted out receipt.

The attendant at the front desk checking us out had a non shalont attitude. We were asked how was everything in the room and with our stay, once we told her about the grey shirt we found in our room she brushed it off like it was no big deal. We did not appreciate this. I am a Hilton honors member, but I am not sure if I will stay at this property ever again. This has left a bad taste in my mouth also we did not like that the room did not have a microwave. All the other Hilton properties we stayed at had a microwave and refrigerator in them. But not this one.
