Everyone, everything is great

The location

Our rooms floor was dirty and there was food particles around the base of the mattress. The room smelled like mildew and was made worse when we used the air conditioner

great location, great staff

didn’t like cigarette burns on the toilet and towels..it was noisy outisde as some guests were playing loud music all night

Accomodations and price were on point and I left feeling like I got the best bang for my buck.

Toilet kept clogging up and had to keep plunging. Phone worked half the time and drawers wouldn't stay closed when clothes were put away. Ghost drawers hahaha.

The room was clean and in a good location.

Beds were a little uncomfortable.

The staff we interacted with were polite and professional.

We have stayed at this location many times in the past. However, the quality has gone down considerably. The room we were initially assigned was dirty in many places. We asked to be moved and while the room was cleaner in appearance, flies kept getting into the room somehow which was really disturbing.

Our bed broke, extremely hard to get ahold of front desk, drugs were being used, parties and alcohol on property. An extended stay for families. Definitely not how it was described. Never felt safe.

No breakfast.

Stained bedspread and towels. The floor was dirty (sticky and hair on the floor).
