staff not professionally, no one ever answered front desk phone , spill in elevator told staff nothing was done

Excellent place to stay. Our room was nice and spacious.

I didn’t get any housekeeping service I need a room or a half off one I think it’s only fair

property was clean and staff was friendly and professional.

when we arrived to check in, their was a party in the lobby and it was quite noisey until at least 11 pm, also the place needs alot of TLC

I like the fact that the staff accommodated my every need, if I had a request a complaint,whatever they did everything to rectify my needs.the staff went over and beyond to make sure my stay Was comfortable ❤️ House keeping was outstanding I even tipped them. As I stated the staff was great and I let them know it. I treated them with respect, and they reciprocated, with the same respect. I found my home away from home. Thank you again comfort suites❤️and whenever I return comfort suites will be where I will stay.🙏🏿🤗🤗🙌🏿

There was not one thing I did not like.

keys are not working properly

nice set up. big rooms

staff was rude. I waited at the desk for 10 minutes just for someone to check me in. I asked a staff member who walked by and then behind the desk then back out towards the door if there was someone working the desk, and she said “yea she’s either in the bathroom or checking to see if a room is clean” and continued walking out the door. front desk clerk was not friendly or apologetic and she stayed on her phone laughing at whatever she was watching for the rest of the night.
