Very clean and very friendly staff

The EV charger out front. There is only one, lucky for us, we were the only ev.

Not really a walkable location, not a comfortable room.

Comfortable, clean, great breakfast options, pool was nice, parking was safe and location was great. Called ahead and staff was exceptional at advising about a late check-in. Morning staff was friendly.

At check-in, girl at desk could barely look away from her phone. I came to desk to check-in at about 7:30pm and she was sitting in a back corner on her phone and looked annoyed and without a smile or greeting said, "Do you need something?". I said, "yes, I need to check-in". She said, okay and finished texting or whatever before getting up to have to deal with me. We walked in and out several times and she couldn't be bothered to look up and great us from her seat in the corner, on her phone. Not professional at all. Also, I booked thinking hotel had a hot tub. It doesn't. It has a small pool open until 10pm. Nice small pool. Happy no one else was there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Facilities needs repairs.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and answered all our questions. Comfortable beds and spacious sized rooms. Full breakfast was offered with extra perks.

Location was central, easy to get to places!! Comfortable and clean room and hotel. Off the main road enough to not hear too much noise. Excellent Service!

close to Three Rivers Convention Center

The location was very conventient, the entire hotel was clean and fresh smelling, the bed very comfortable, and staff extremely friendly.
