Nice clean place, breakfast was OK, room looked recently renovated

Clean and location great! Only 3.8 miles from The Yard!

Not enough grass and people not picking up their dog’s poop; Continental Breakfast stale (bagels); front desk clerk often away from his post (I called and called and finally just left the key up on the counter!); fee for dogs outlandish. I have 3 small toy poodles (that don’t shed!) yet I had to pay the same as someone with three Great Danes!! Should go by dog’s weight.

Everything, Location was bad, very sketchy!

It was just adequate. Somewhat date although the bathroom was newly remodeled which was nice. Carpeting needed to be replaced.

I didn’t feel overly safe. Vehicles with people lurking in the parking lot. When I looked out our window there was a guy sitting outside the back of a restaurant staring back. Just not comfortable. Seems like there would have been a better choice.

There were no chain locks, the side door was propped open. A bunch of sketchy people were entering and exiting constantly.

room smelled like it was a former smoking room. not so bad that it cased a headache but just a bit stale

It was quiet.

The man at the desk was friendly and the room itself was clean and in good order.

This hotel is in kind of a sketchy area. There were several druggies walking around in the hallway. I wouldn’t stay here with my family or female family members. The parking lot also needs to be redone.
