Location is an easy on and off the highway. Felt safe in the area.
We just came from Super 8 in Gettysburg and needed a stop on the way home. Check in was okay. This is an older tri-level hotel that is trying to compete with the new hotels in the same area. They have tried to keep it up, but the Bedding, flooring ect has an older dark vibe to it. Breakfast is served in the very small front desk area. Apple & orange juice, waffles, cold cereal and packaged Oatmeal were the only things we found for breakfast. Compared to the one we just stayed in, it was night and day. This one being the lower end.

Location was perfect! Also the cleanliness was fantastic and the receptionist was super friendly!

Comfortable, clean room. Perfect for what I needed...a place to sleep during a long drive.
Lobby and hallway smelled terrible. Hallway had bags of trash outside of rooms waiting to be picked up. There was some sort of bag hanging in my room that was cleaning water but looked like a bag of urine

Waffles were good.
Night manager was unkempt and short of manners. We had only a little toilet paper on the roll, so I had to ask for an extra roll. No kleenex in dispenser. Tub was old and looked grubby. Lots of yelling/swearing in our hallway. Police in hallway. Open door from outside, with no card swipe entry. Carpet dirty. Dirty rag on counter where coffee machine was in breakfast room.

Hot water for days, pretty good beds and excellent staff.
Nothing wrong with the motel, you kinda expect the clientele that these places could have.

The location
Door keys never worked. Had to keep them reset. There was steps, it didn't say anything about that in the profile that I could see. My friend used a walker in was very hard for her to use the stairs.

This hotel is good for a single traveler who just needs a place to sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was only here for 7 hours, so all I cared about was a clean bed, a clean bathroom, and a low price. This hotel checks all those boxes.
The breakfast is very very small. I don't usually eat hotel breakfasts, so this doesn't matter to me. But if you like to eat breakfast at a hotel, you will be disappointed. Also, there is no water dispenser. Hotels usually have a nice ice water dispenser somewhere in the lobby. I like to fill my bottle before getting back on the road, but couldn't do that here. This hotel isn't romantic, and it won't impress your step children. But it's a clean and comfortable place to sleep.

The bed was ok.
The lobby desk was not very clean, the bathroom tile was separated and curling next to the bathtub. There wasn't any soap other than shampoo and conditioner. The outside grounds were littered with garbage.

It was cheap.
The place was filthy. I stayed in room 200 and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The shower and tub had black scuffs and grime everywhere. The toilet seat was peeling and looked horrendous. If I knew it was that bad I would have slept in my car

Location, price, close to restaurants, good value
Requested and confirmed handicapped room, but not available when we arrived. Recent knee surgery, needed handicapped room. Hygiene of staff, especially dirty long fingernails was concerning.

Price, bed, overall feel of room
Front desk not super welcoming. Called front desk because no hand soap in room. Told "I have some up here" Went to get it, no one there and soap just waiting for me.

Bathroom needs repair and shower floor was very dirty looking sink lose on wall .
