The fire and location
Finding your room for the first time was challenging

The location of the property is amazing. Spending the mornings by the lake with a cup of coffee was the perfect way to begin the day.
The only relatively small issue was the food available at the attached restaurant was not suited to everyone perhaps. There are many places to eat on the area, so it’s not much of an issue at all.

Little extras like smores kit on a night, fire pits pool ect
Some items were missing from room such as water and coffee jug. This didn't spoil our holiday

The property was nice and quiet. beautiful views of the lake . staff was amazing.

Everything was great, location, rooms, staff were so nice and helpful, kids loved making smores, they had hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby/lounge area every evening. Will be staying here again.
Restaurant in lobby seemed to be understaffed, it was only us (a group of 10) and another couple the morning we went and we waited over an hour for the food.

i walked into the room supposedly two beds but not
then dog doo on ground next to bathroom
told front desk and had to leave with no accommodation!

Great service. The staff was wonderful. The ice machine wasn't working so one of the staff opened up the restaurant in the lobby and got us some ice and we hungout in the lobby making Smores that they provided.
I didn't care for their bathrooms. They're very small. The toilets are small, low to the floor and awkwardly placed close to the wall. The showers are also very small and no bathtub.

Proximity to skiing and the beach. Clean updated rooms. Couteous staff. Nice partial lake view.
Fireplace was a nice touch. TV worked well. Plenty of towels and coffee supplies.
Room heater/AC unit turn itself on and off randomly and no way to shut it off! No circulation fan or heater in the bathroom (kinda cold getting out of shower in the winter). Lack of microwave for convenience.
