I thought the room was very outdated and very expensive. There was coffee left in the coffee maker. Dirty towel in the bathroom.Tub did not drain correctly.

the front desk safe were very nice and helpful.

when we arrived to the hotel, our door was propped open, we called down to the front desk to make sure it was ready and she said yes. so we went in and closed it. the bathroom had no been cleaned, there was hair everywhere and the floors had no been vacuumed properly. there was no towels, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. I informed the front desk of this and they did nothing to accommodate us. While we were in the room a staff member came to our door and opened it without knocking. lucky we had the chain on, and she noticed us and said sorry and walked away very quickly. made me feel uneasy. the only window in the room opens into a hallway so it’s hard to have privacy and let light in, it felt very dark and dingy. I was unfortunately very disappointed in this stay.

I love the staff and I got it in early and they let me get into a room before 3:00 which was fantastic cuz I was tired I especially want to mention Ruth at the front desk who is amazing there were some very difficult people checking out and she handled herself with Grace and poise and like professional I was almost considering leaving and going to another hotel until I saw how she handled things she was amazing you are very fortunate to have her at the front desk I'm in this business and it was a tough day for her and she handled it very very well very impressed.

I did not care for the fact that I had a non-smoking room and everything smelled like cigarettes in my room including my linen and my towels so that was a big turn off you got to do something about that and I ordered a pizza and another person took it and said they were me they stole my food so that wasn't a very good experience other than that it was a great stay

That some of the staff don’t care about the clients request . In our room the tv didn’t work we asked 2 times to the same receptionist guy but he didn’t do anything about it.

The bar next door

breakfast probably the worst I’ve ever had. Skipped second day.

It was advertised as a double room double bed occupancy indicating two rooms connected by an internal door.. turned out to be one room with two double beds. The owner just dissed me when I showed him my booking, couldnt care less, take it it or leave it! We were so tired the 4 of us adjusted in that rokm itself. False advertising.
