Room was comfortable. I never take any breakfasts in this level of hotel as they are relatively unhealthy.

Check-in was slow. East facing room borders on the off ramp from I15 and all the big rigs exiting this ramp

Location. Sink/vanity area clean and updated.

Room smelled like urine. No outlet plate behind the.night stand. Dog hair on the bed. Floor was not vacuumed and coukd be cleaned more behind the beds against the walls. Update rooms. Beds were very old.

Some maintenance issues. Took me 30+ minutes to settle into my room because door lock didn’t work and had to have battery replaced and reprogrammed. Window curtain broken. Bedside light switch broken. Noisy. No refrigerator.

The tub and toilet area were fairly clean as well as the sink. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Dirty carpet, dirty bedding, dirty walls, dirty curtains, non-functioning lights, property has a ton of trash around the building. Exterior security locks don’t work. The property really needs some updating. Prices were high too. Very disappointing.

The staff was rude and unprofessional. Also charged 20 dollars for soiled. towel which nine were soiled. Tried to resolve with management but was told nothing could be done.

The only good thing about this place was the location.

The rooms are old, lamp shades torn, room door looked like it was kicked in. The room said non smoking but you can clearly tell it was smoke in. It's definitely not worth $120. Also there was a mouse in the room, went through our back of snacks. We had to toss them. I told the owner and he didn't seem like he cared. He wasn't apologetic at all. I asked for a discount to the room but he said because I booked through booking.com my rate was locked in. What? !! Makes no sense to me. I would think staying at a Wyndham related property we would have these issues.

Room was clean. Although there was some paint scratched off the walls. Price was right. Easy to check out.

Free breakfast was OK but I didn't care for most of the offerings. Entry light in the room was buzzing and flickering.

They charge me commision added to the charge by booking!!!

Breakfast was not very good. Not enough options. Only cereal and waffles available minimal fruit.

There was no covering on the outlet by the bathroom sink leaving the electrical connection exposed. The sink lever was pushed all the way down so the entire sink filled up with water and I couldn’t open it to drain it. No breakfast options for diabetics. Unfriendly desk staff when I checked in. Quality of room not work the price.
