Proximity to waterfront

Bel hôtel, moderne, confortable, agréable. Bon accueil, personnel serviable, toutes les commodités et services, bon rapport qualité prix. Situé pratiquement au centre de la ville. Nous avons pu découvrir, une ville sympa, calme en cette époque, où nous avons apprécié, quelques ballades le long des quais.

Juste le parking payant, en ces périodes hors saison, devoir payer 30 $ me paraît onéreux. Il y a toutefois d'autres possibilités, mais payer le parking est une facilité et à priori, une sécurité.

Pool was ice cold. When I asked the front desk if there was a way to turn the heater up they met me with a snarky comment “that’s a maintenance problem”

Hôtel basique proche du Old Port avec dej inclus et Valet Parking à 35 dollars très pratique. Personnel sympathique.

Les couverts en plastique au petit dej, il faut qu’ils arrêtent les américains avec ça.

Super clean, very spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Staff was also very nice. The location was also in the middle of everything. We were able to walk everywhere.

Valet parking was a little annoying since they have their own outdoor parking lot.

Convenient locale, staff were excellent and the valet parking was a life saver!

Bed was a tad uncomfortable but otherwise it was excellent.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach gehalten.

The location was perfect as my partner and I were able to easily walk to all of the spots in Portland we wanted to check out during our one day stay. Staff members were friendly. The breakfast was also lovely and had a good mixture of savory and sweet items (nothing fancy, but it definitely gets the job done).

The noise from the hallway was easily heard during our entire stay - if anyone was in the hallway or rooms nearby, we heard them coming. The door almost sounded loose, as if it was being pushed open whenever a nearby door was opened. The beds weren’t horrible, but overall not the most comfortable. As for parking, only valet is available (for $35 a night) - the service was quick and professional but I would much rather be able to park my own car (ideally for free if I’m paying to stay at a hotel with a parking lot). These are little things I wouldn’t normally be bothered by, but at nearly $200 a night it should be better.

Warum es in USA immer noch Frühstück auf Pappteller gibt, verstehe ich nicht.

The location was very convenient. Close to the best restaurants and bars in downtown Portland. Room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Service was attentive. Loved the check in by app and digital key.

Would’ve liked more breakfast choices at early hours. More taxi service options

The very high point of the hotel is its location. It is operated independently, using the Hampton flag under license, so don`t expect a high standard. It is expensive for what it offers, which is basically nothing other than a great location.

The room is very outdated. Definitely need a renovation. Air conditioning although has a thermostat at room, was central controlled, not per unit.

Die Lage ist toll. Man kann zu Fuß die tolle Hafengegend erkunden. Das Frühstück ist, wie immer bei Hampton Inn, sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und schön hell, sowie modern eingerichtet. Die Hotel-Lobby mit dem 24/7 kostenfreien Kaffe, Tee und Kakao sind auch sehr einladend.

Das Hotel scheint auch für Menschen zugänglich zu sein, die nicht dort übernachten. Im Aufzug und an der Kaffeebar sind uns Obdachlose begegnet. Der Aufzug lässt sich leider nicht mit der Zimmerkarte bedienen und kann daher von jedem genutzt werden. Wir haben uns zwar nicht unsicher gefühlt und die Leute waren auch nicht aufdringlich… aber es war schon sehr ungewöhnlich. Der Herr beim Valet-Parking hatte wohl nicht seinen besten Tag.

room, got lucky with the room location and view, cleanliness, staff, low key calm energy vibe, all good overall. they have a pool and +/- gym.

$35 per night valet fee sprung on you. Breakfast was industrial except for fruit, waffles, yogurt, etc., coffee was better than most though

I loved my room. I loved the shower and tub! It was a beautiful view and close to everything for walking distance.

The pool. The water got in my mouth and it tasted salty. I wish you guys had a game room for kids. Even if it was just a ping pong table. Kids love that about a hotel. I think you guys should add in music for the pool. Also maybe consider fixing the time on your clock in the pool room. It was hours off… I actually ended up with an external ear infection too afterwards... Not sure if this is a salt pool, or if it needs serious cleaning….

Paper thin walls, can hear neighbors conversation… Can become a problem when people are partying in the middle of the night

Room was clean, pool was nice

Breakfast in the morning- we went downstairs at 7:45am for breakfast. Most items were empty. There were no drinks other than coffee and hot tea. The juice machine was “out of order” and there were no milk or water availability’s. The fruit bar was cut cantaloupe and green apples only. It was very disappointing compared to other hotel breakfasts. I have stayed at Hampton Inn locations in many states but I would not stay at this one again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The convenient location and friendly front desk staff went a long way toward making a great experience.

The staff was great! They accommodated all my needs. I wish the room price was always around the price I paid. Would stay there as often as I could.

I got to sleep, which is rate, so as far as I can tell . Nothing could be better!

The king water-view room was great, The bed was comfortable and the view from the bed was gorgeous. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and the location was perfect.
