That it is close to the airport and that they have a 24/7 shuttle.
Rooms smelled of smoke and pot. There were holes in the walls and doors that had been patched. The bathrooms were old and unclean. We had to ask them to move rooms because of the smell and cleanliness.

Let's see, not enough pillows and no blankets just sheets. Not enough towels and wash clothes. The bed sheets were all stained up. And last but not least, there was a mouse in the room digging into our garbage.

Sucks never stay here again
The rules are disgusting filthy black mold can’t do anything online didn’t have my reservation took money off before I was even here. It was very bad together I recommend not staying here ever.

Nothing was good about the place.
No room service, the room was dirty, the room they offered would have been upstairs, and I have a bad hip. Besides, why would I take another room only to be just as dirty.

Got to Hotel and they had overbooked so room not available. Had to go back to Airport. I assume you will delete the charges. Thanks

The toilet was broke most of the outlets didn't work and the room wasn't clean I didn't have time to complain because I was in and out of meetings but I would really like a refund

There were bed bugs and filth in the room and under the bed. I have pictures and not one cent was given back because I was bitten horribly all over and I'm allergic to them

Shuttle driver was nice.
Got there with my daughter and kids and they didn't have my reservation. First they couldn't find it then they said I only had one room and it was cancelled. I did NOT cancel it. I showed the guy my conformation but he had no more rooms. We spent the night in the airport with three little kids. I think you owe me two free nights stay.

Had Oder a none smoking and I told at the office the room was smelling a lot . He gave and bother and still smell Terrible

The location wasn't bad.
Most of the staff was nice.
There were roaches, the room was dirty, the room description said there was a microwave and refrigerator but there wasn't. There was a microwave in the lobby you could go to and use while the lobby was open.

There was not microwave in the room as it was stated and at check in I had to request the refrigerator to be put in as well and I had to get the tub unstopped up,
