it wasn’t up to date like the pictures. there were dead bugs in our room and smelled old. the beds were ok but not queens.

convenient location

rug was so worn it was frayed, towels so old they were greyed and hard, coffee maker did not work, tv did not function properly. musty smell in room

there were hairs in the sink and bed only 6 channels on the tv were accessible bathtub sprout was falling off the wall it was not worth the cost

This hotel/motel is exactly what you expect for the price you pay. There is a roof over your head and a comfortable bed to rest at night. We booked for a concert at Artpark and it was the perfect walking distance. We had a lovely hang in the parking lot outside our room before and after the show.

Don't expect any frills! Be aware that the rooms smell quite musty but nothing that opening the door won't solve.

it was close to where we needed to go and the Lady at the front desk was nice.

The showerhead was not secured to the wall, the bathroom sink faucet was not secured to the sink. The room is very cold when we got there it was about 65° we crank the heat up to 75 and my morning it finally struggle to get to 70. The fan above the shower I’ve been roughly cut into the ceiling and you could still see the wires thru the cracks.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, newer carpet, parking, reasonably clean.

The water faucet was dirty and the shower curtain stunk. The bathroom was small and dated, but-ok.

Its newly renovated. Beds were super comfortable. carpet was ripped and did not look as clean. Cords are hazard for toddlers and babies and they were not covered and looked messy.

Have stayed there many times before and it served my needs perfectly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The TV in my room had no sound for the stations which carry NBC & CBS.

It was close to the concert venue we were going to. We simply needed a place to stay over night and it met what we were looking for. There were no problems except for the reception of the TV which was through a disc.

Television reception should be improved.

Our TV did not work and the owner basically accused us of breaking it.

Room was dirty, smelled of cigarettes and mildew. We were offered a different room but just as bad. Asked for partial refund since the reservation said no refunds. The manager said that she would refund %50 but haven’t received anything yet.

No 24-hour receptionist. Room 303 and other parts of the hotel were very dirty. When I booked, the hotel informed that breakfast was included. In the morning there was no breakfast and the receptionist informed me that she had no employees to make. Very high price for the poor service offered

The location is good there are a lot of great places to eat that are a short walk away. Lewistown hospitality is great.

AC was finicky and was too loud to run over night. Main light in the room would not always turn on completely. Would have to tap it once or twice for both lights to work. Large spiderweb in corner above bathroom sink. Both the handwash and tub faucets were not securely attached. Water pressure was poor in the shower. Insects found in the room all 3 nights. TV was poor. It was tiny and had a loud humming sound that would only get louder if you tried to drown it out. Asked to get it fixed and was rewarded with only 1 channel still having the humming sound, no sound on 3 or 4 channels and another 3 or 4 channels that would not come in clearly. I contacted Booking.com via the app and Twitter with no response. After the first night, I wanted to change hotels and see what options I had for refund and rebooking. I spent over 45 minutes on hold with your customer service number and was not attended to. Just bad hold music and an automated messaging to keep holding. I am very disappointed with Booking.com and will have to seriously reconsider using you again. Realizing we were not getting help from Booking.com, we decided to lump it and try and address our concerns with the hotel when we checked out at 730am. There was nobody available to address our concerns and discuss resolution. There was just a card drop off box. I would ask anyone who considers this location to reconsider. I have been so discouraged and disappointed by this whole experience I had to give myself a 24hour cooldown to disconnect myself from the anger and objectively address out the issues with this property.
