It was quite and clean

Ice machine outside my room didn't work, hot tub was broken, could not turn the air conditioner down past 66°, went down to get coffee in the morning and it was all gone and staff did not want to make anymore.

I liked the pet availability and prices

the staff was rude and unprofessional specifically a house keeper named Rena.

Comfortable bed, room was a nice size. Refrigerator worked and was relatively quiet. Heater was quiet. Desk, chair, tv, all the basics.

The bathroom counter was small. No facial tissue. No freezer in the refrigerator.

the spa was out of order and that should be told ahead of time there was some damage to the desk that should have been takes care of

Place was clean nice comfortable great location.

Yvonne was a bit rude when we asked her questions she would sigh and make faces and rudely answer us as if we were supposed to know certain things it was rather dumb and frustrating.

Stayed here before and really liked it. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed and quiet. Excited to stay again

Got there and proceeded to check in. When asked about the pets we brought (2 cats and a dog) they refused our stay there. I made reservations because they were suppose to be pet friendly. They had been in the past and we never had an issue. I made the reservation/prepaid as well, a month ahead and after 10 hours of driving.... Was denied a room. We were tired and willing to pay the extra cost of a pet deposit and also open to a walk thru when we checked out, but without any compassion, they nonchalantly told me too bad. No explanation of even how I should go about canceling the reservation, even getting a refund. No aid in any other places we might be able to stay. Infact, we were told there were no hotels that would take a cat. Man, that was rough. Would have been nice if they showed some sort of kindness or acted like they felt bad... Whatever BTW... We had stayed in the same motel with the same pets in July (less than 4 months before)

the staff is mean

property is fine. I’ve stayed here many times only the previous time was horrible. staff is cruel. housekeepers do not leave enough new towels or provide clean bedding even when I stayed for a week.

the staff is wretched and no one gives enough clean towels or even clean bedding. also I only got one bar of soap when every other motel leaves two.
