This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. No shower curtain, filthy bathtub, blocked sink, torn curtains, terrible cigarette smell. My mother slept in her clothes.

They are starting to do some badly needed renovations on an old building. The free breakfast was very poor. Waffles and coffee, that's it. Spending a few more dollars to get something better would be well worth it.

Check in was very easy. The front desk people were very nice and attentive.

The whole place smells like cigarettes. We came here for a volleyball tournament and tried to stay somewhere affordable near the convention center. The floor in our room was dirty and it smelled really bad. There was no time to get another room so we just stayed where we were. The beds were very uncomfortable as well, hard as a rock.

If you can afford $25 more a night, stay somewhere else. This was probably a nice hotel when it was built but that must have been a long time ago. I should have read the other reviews more carefully. I was actually surprised at the deal I thought I had found. Was told at check-in that bar and restaurant was closed indefinitely, and that should have raised a flag. This property had visible cockroaches, the deadbolt on the door was broken, there was no WIFI, no ice machine, no pool, I didn’t even check the so-called fitness room LOL, the ac/heater was noisy, homeless people in and around property, The motel reeked of cigarettes and marijuana (they say they don’t allow smoking but I doubt they enforce it). As I was walking to the room I noticed buckets on the floor to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. Outside doors did not securely lock and exit lights hanging from wires, the staff was not very friendly. After waking up had no interest in whatever, if any, breakfast they had, just wanted to hurry and get out of there. Such a shame. This could have been a nice place to stay. I will NEVER stay there again even if it was FREE! I am only giving 1 star because I cant give 0.

I had no remote and the wouldn't give me one. I found bugs in my room, and they wouldn't move me.

drive two hours to Ramada then was told oh booking screwed up we don’t have any rooms available ,thanks Ramada had to find another room at midnight plus the area is in a shady section of town

The owner and house keeping were very rude and disrespectful and don't clean the guest room. We felt disgusted and out ragged at how they treat their guest. Caution yourself before you go to this hotel.

Unclean rooms, every part of them. This hotel needs to be taken if this site if you care about the hotels you are promoting. I will never stay at any Ramada if the quality of this chain has gone down so poorly.

The location of the hotel was convenient and so was the pricing. The room was clean and the bed was comfy.

I have NEVER been charged an additional “local” fee so to be charged an additional $50 threw me off but hopefully it refunds back to me as the front desk associate said it would. The hallways were extremely hot and smelled like pee. The room was hot upon entrance and the A/C took like 40 minutes to cool the room down. Staff was not friendly but at my previous stays at this location the staff was great!

The first room had hair an a few stains on the sheets. I asked for a new room an it was ok until I seen a roach getting out of the shower. The breakfast was toast, bagel, waffle, or yogurt. The apple an orange juice machine was broken. There was a small trash can in the hallway catching water leaking from the ceiling.
