hotel room was dirty and the ceiling in the bathroom above the tub look like it was falling apart

Location, cleanliness, and the staff were very polite.

Water temperature in shower. The temperature valve only allowed for very lukewarm warm water when turned to full hot.

Noisy in room above us. Wasn't sure if it was construction going on or the people staying in the room. They moved furniture through out the night and walked back and forth very hard across the floor. Didn't have room cleaned for 4 days. But found out by a flyer on the front desk that you only get cleaning service if you ask. That should be explained when customers check in. So customers know what to expect.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean, staff was friendly.

The hotel only has one entrance and it is in a bad spot and super awkward. The pool was also closed for renovations which was a bummer.

We had ants in our room after the first night. The shower wouldn’t turn on all the way and it just wasn’t very clean

It was outdated , and in need of repairs. The pool was not open and that was the reason for this booking. We were not informed before we purchased.

We didn’t eat breakfast. Didn’t have anything that we liked. Good location,just a small parking lot

easy to find, hard to turn around to make a u turn at the light.

it has a smelly odor. they place a half empty shampoo bottle and a full one. at breakfast the orange juice was empty. I told the gentleman that was there and he replaced it with some kind of red juice not orange juice. the pool and gym weee both closed for remodeling. I wish I had known that , I would have went to a different hotel.

my sister came in at 3am after work & i had to go down and figure out how to let her in because there was no front desk staff, they were asleep in the office

the location was great!

the pool was closed for renovations, and that should be disclosed when you book. we have 4 very disappointed girls. we also had issues with getting clean towels.

There were rooms marked off with police tape and nailed shut. Lobby was super hot and pool was under construction.
