First floor was the best. Friendly staff close to renovation faire.

Breakfast could have a few more choices.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool was small but refreshing.

The property was very convenient right in the middle of everything. The workers were very nice and helpful.

I'm not usually one to complain, but this room had the worst bed we have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a cement slab with a blanket over it. We both had to take ibuprofen the next day so our backs wouldn't hurt as bad. It made it impossible to sleep and pretty much ruined the whole trip. We ended up leaving a night early because we couldn't sleep on it another night. Very disappointed.

The hotel was next to a crossroads. Noisy.

I asked the staff at the front desk to change my room, because if was on the corner facing the crossroad. They refused on the basis of being full up. Difficult to believe since moat of the parking lot was empty when I got in and when departed early in the morning.

Location was good.

The hotel was under construction and we were on a floor with active construction going on. One of the days the water was shut off for 4 hours. The construction workers set off the fire alarm and we had to stand outside while we waited for the fire department to come and give us the clear to be able to return to our room. Staff would not let you take breakfast to eat in your room.

The room was clean and comfortable. Got new towels even with a two night stay so that was nice. Breakfast was okay nothing exciting.

The common areas could use a little paint and updating. Nothing real bad.

Used the pool and there was so much chlorine in the water it damaged my hair. I’ve washed it 3 times and it still smells like I’m inside the pool. Very unhappy.
