EVERYTHING, customer service, quality, family ilities were horrible, water smelled like rotten eggs, room had a musky smell, we did not stay longer than one hour

The location.

the false advertising. I booked this hotel because it stated it had 1-twin bed and 2-full beds. This hotel only has full bed. very disappointed.

the location and how close you had stores, gas station, and restaurants.

after a drive of 7 hours to check in at noon for an event just shortly after arriving. we were met with the staff letting us know that check in time was at 3pm. the hotel was book because we needed time to get ready. well after our event, we checked in and got up to the room. when we walked in the room smelled really bad. we ended up wasting good perfume to mask the smell. it help it a little. then while checking out the room there was a big hole in the wall. the parts that exposed the shower plumbing were visible because of the opening. wondering if an animal may have gotten in to seek warmth during the cold time. we checked up and down but it was all clear. trying to get parking was also a hassle after more guest started showing up. it was a small parking lot.

no light breakfast or coffee as promised! Bed sheets and toilet dirty w black hairs!
