the breakfast was a joke.
The breakfast only consisted in juice, coffee and a few muffins.

location is convenient for Stillwater attractions.
was not very clean, bathroom fan was broken, lighting was poor, sheets were visibly dirty, floor boards were unglued from the wall. overall, just a very poor experience with the rooms condition.

We didn't stay for breakfast due to the need to be elsewhere. The rooms are very compact, clean and very well designed with a very comfortable bed. The best part of our experience was the staff, as they were VERY helpful and took every possible opportunity to enhance our stay.
The overall facility is very compact and needs work. The breakfast area is very small as is the pool and almost everything in the facility.

The staff were willing to try to accommodate us. They were kind but I think there were only two people manning this place.
The room we were given was pretty rough, looked like they’d been in the process of updating but hadn’t put the final details on, there was unpainted plaster in the bathroom and the toilet was odd, the paint job looked incomplete and there was a stain on the top blanket. I’m not one to complain but the window was stuck open, staff did their best to fix it and get the heat turned on but comfort wasn’t reached until the second night. The free breakfast was very simple, acceptable but almost not.

Close proximity to dining, highway & shopping.
Some areas could have been cleaner, such as hallways, some dust on lamp in room. Better selection of items in vending machines, no bottled water left in machine.

Decent price.
Room had a really bad odor. Window crank did not operate properly. Hole in the window screen.

Breakfasts weren’t an option due to pandemic and short staff. Location was perfect for our needs.

How close it was to downtown but not worth what we paid and will probably never stay again
Dirty. Absolutely disgusting. Things where broken and there was never anyone available to help us.

It needs updating. I kept rolling toward the middle of the bed. Mattress was old. Furniture was old. The outlet in the bathroom needs to be replaced.

It’s next to the freeway but not too far from the inner Stillwater area. The price was lower than other hotels
The front desk girl was rude, not only to me but I witnessed her have an attitude with other guests. She acted as if she didn’t want to “deal” with anyone, even if the issue was just a quick fix. No matter what you said to her, she made everything into a problem with her nasty attitude. The pictures make it look cleaner than what it is. Would not recommend staying here.

The location and beds were the best part of this trip! The pool area was clean and checking in the staff was very nice. Overall a great value for the price all of my friends and I paid.
The bath tub was a little dirty but not bad. And the staff was no where to be seen after we checked in. The entry way smelled like cigarette smoke and it was very potent.

No remote for tv , no coffee or rolls in the morning

Just about everything from hair dryer not working to dirty pool. Room was too hot so had to open window.
